The Queendom mini album Girls version included the CD, 2 random post cards (2 of 5), a 2 sticker set, a random special card (1 of 5), a random folded poster (1 of 5), a random photo card (1 of 5), a 16 page lyrics book, and a 72 page photo book
The Girls version is currently only available on ebay
