    Peek-A-Boo (Japanese ver.)

It doesn’t seem like they performed this version in the concerts in Japan.

  • Sappy

    Sappy

Sappy is how I accidentally discovered Red Velvet. I had no idea what I was seeing, but I kept coming back to it. Then I started finding more. Ice Cream Cake, Zimzalabim, and it just kept going from there!

  • RBB (Really Bad Boy) (English ver)

RBB (Really Bad Boy) (English ver)

SM gave us an official video for the English version of RBB. As of 2023, this is the only time they’ve done this.

  • RBB (Really Bad Boy)

    RBB (Really Bad Boy)

There is always chatter saying RBB didn’t do very well. I guess this is referring to the music shows. I can’t say much either way, but among Reveluvs, RBB is pretty legendary for it’s vocals. The styling of the RBB era seems to be a prelude to ZZB.

  • Bad Boy (English ver)

    Bad Boy (English ver)

OK, so this is the combination of Korean and English, but it’s so good.

  • Power Up

    Power Up

Red Velvet reclaims summer with Power Up on the electrifying Summer Magic album. Love the styling on this album as well. For me, the performance version is always superior to the official MV. I would much rather my screen time be filled with Red Velvet, vs. some special effects or other stage props.

  • Red Flavor (Japanese ver.)

    Red Flavor (Japanese ver.)

Amazing to hear them sing Red Flavor just as well in Japanese as they do in Korean.

  • Russian Roulette (Japanese ver.)

    Russian Roulette (Japanese ver.)

Love the cute playing around before they start the song on this recording.

  • Dumb Dumb (Japanese ver.)

    Dumb Dumb (Japanese ver.)

It always throws me off to hear the different language version of a familiar song. I can’t help but be amazed at how these girls can sing the right lyrics, while performing and not getting accidentally singing the original version.

  • #Cookie Jar

    #Cookie Jar

#Cookie Jar is the first Japanese title track. It’s an upbeat Red song with some Velvet undertones – similar to Russian Roulette.
